Can I upgrade my Polar Bear Rescue? If so, what level can I upgrade this item to?
There are 6 levels that you will need to complete in order to reunite all the baby cubs with the mama bear. You will start on level 1 and each new level will unlock 24 hours after completion of the previous level. Alternatively, you can unlock the next level by paying city cash. For some levels, you will need to expand to the baby cubs and place them near the mama bear in order to proceed unlocking the gate.
